Optimisation of components and product development
Continuously increasing demands on functionality, cost efficiency, innovation and market dominance of products, strongly require the application of advanced simulation technologies to optimise components and products already in the very early development phase. Simulations of fluid flows as well as thermal, structural, chemical or biological processes are very effective tools for a target-oriented optimisation of parts or for an efficient development of new products. They provide not only a detailed three-dimensional insight into the actual state of a product. What's more, they help to evaluate new product ideas with respect to their feasibility, they allow a fast performance of virtual parameter variations or predict fundamental properties of a future device.
