Data privacy at a glance
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is done by the website operator. You can find the contact details in the imprint of this website.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected by providing us with this information. This can be data that you enter in a contact form, for example. Other data is collected automatically or with your consent by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of the page call). This data is automatically collected as soon as you enter this website.
How do we use your data?
Part of the collected data is used to ensure that the website runs without errors. Other data can be used to analyse the user behaviour.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data at any time. You also have the right to demand the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent for the future at any time. In addition, you have the right to demand, under certain circumstances, the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority.
You can contact us anytime at the address given in the imprint for this and other questions about data protection.
General information and mandatory details
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have vulnerabilities. A complete data protection against access by third parties is not possible.
Information on the responsible authority
This data privacy statement applies to data processing by the responsible person:
SSL resp. TLS encryption
This site uses SSL resp. TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential contents, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If the SSL resp. TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Objection to promotional e-mails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send advertising and promotional material not explicitly requested. The operators of this website explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam e-mails.
General information on data processing
Scope and processing of personal data
As a matter of principle, we collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our contents and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users is regularly only carried out with the consent of the user. An exception is made in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
To the extent that we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data. When processing personal data which is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations which are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as the legal basis. If vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or of a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Article 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing.
Data deletion and storage time
The personal data of the subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer exists. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been required by the European or national legislator in EU ordinances, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by the mentioned standards expires unless there is a need for further storage of the data in order to conclude or fulfil a contract.

- name and URL of the retrieved file, website from which access is made (referrer URL),

We process the above data for the following purposes:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the above listed purposes for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
If you have any questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid telephone number and e-mail address so that we know who has sent the request and can answer it. If you send us requests via the contact form, your details from the contact form, including the contact data you entered there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, insofar as your question relates to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), provided that the request was made.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies (e.g. after the completion). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Inquiries by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not share this data without your consent.
This data is processed based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, provided that your inquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), provided that the inquiry was made.
The data sent to us by you via contact inquiries will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.

Manage your consent settings
Functional cookies ensure that certain parts of the website work properly and that your user preferences remain known. By placing functional cookies, we make it easier for you to visit our website. This way, you do not need to repeatedly enter the same information when visiting our website and, for example, the items remain in your shopping cart until you have paid. We may place these cookies without your consent.
We use analytical cookies to optimize the website experience for our users. With these analytical cookies we get insights in the usage of our website. We ask your permission to place analytical cookies.
Cookies that are necessary for the electronic communication process (necessary cookies) or for the provision of certain functions you have requested (functional cookies) or for the optimisation of the website (analytical cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO unless another legal basis is given. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised operation of his services. If a consent for the storage of cookies has been requested, the cookies will be stored exclusively based on this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO); the consent can be revoked at any time.
Rights of the data subject
If your personal data is processed, you are the data subject within the meaning of the DSGVO and you are entitled to the following rights towards the data processor:
Access, deletion and correction
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to obtain information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correct or delete this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.
Right to limit processing
You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data. To do so, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you may request the limitation of data processing instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you do need it to pursue, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to demand limitation of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests outweigh the interests of the parties concerned, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be limited.
If you have limited the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, pursuing or defending legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
Right to data transferability
You have the right to have data, which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only take place to the extent that it is technically feasible.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 DSGVO)
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. e or f of the DSGVO; this also applies to profiling based on these terms.
If you object, we will no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling reasons for processing that are worthy of protection and outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves to assert, pursue or defend legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO).
If your personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing, including profiling, insofar as it is connected with such direct marketing.
If you object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, the personal data concerning you will no longer be processed for these purposes (objection under Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO).
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke any consent already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
In the case of infringements of the DSGVO, those concerned have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the suspected infringement. This right of appeal is regardless of any other administrative or legal remedies.
