Life time of components

A question of safety

Lebensdauer Dental Implantat

In medical technology in particular, premature component failures must be avoided in order to protect patients from injuries and avoidable surgical interventions, especially in prosthetics or implant care.

Based on the results of FE simulation analyses and the use of woehler curves the time- or fatigue strength of components from all sectors can be determined with the variation of different designs and materials. The performance of time-consuming and expensive tests to determine the life time can be reduced to a minimum.
